• Defined quality standards, quality assurance of test deliverables and software deliverables from vendor
• Managed and analysed multiagency requirements and requirement traceability matrices ensuring compliance and coverage.
• Created and managed the defect management solution, conducted defect review meetings.
• Established, mentored and managed multiple test teams (3 teams, 6 test analysts, 6 SME’s) across multiple agencies conducting various test types: network connectivity, systems integration, user acceptance, failover, performance and go live.
