• Providing strategic oversight and input to monitoring, reporting and reviewing activities of the applicable Working Groups and external contractors and consultants against project sub-schedules and the supporting timelines, risk management strategies and plans, and other project related milestones.
• Monitoring, reviewing and working towards deliverables and milestones included in the project schedule, so as to facilitate the early identification of potential project slippages and/or identify opportunities.
• Contributing to the effective management of project budgets with an emphasis on achieving agreed project outcomes and delivering on time and within budget expectations.
