• Managing projects, provide support to projects, assisting with integration, installation and commissioning.
• Managing engineering projects and multio-disipline teams for technical design delivery.
• Understand and demonstrate Saab ICT solutions.
• Work with engineering teams to develop technical solutions to meet customer needs
• Prepare business case approvals for opportunities for Saab WB2 (Decision to Tender) and WB3 (Decision to submit tender response).
• Prepare large tenders, establishing tender plans, submit tenders, identification of resourcing requirements, recommendations of technology security and network solutions.
• Manage tenders to achieve agreed outcomes.
• Engage with suppliers, subcontractors and other stakeholders to obtain best solution and pricing for tenders and bids.
• Prepare subcontractor statement of work.
• Improve tender processes, modification and updating of tender tools for optimum outcomes.
• Identification of risks and Value add engineering opportunities.
• Advise business on commissioning and installation of security systems.
• Identification of new business opportunities.
• Read and understand construction drawings, specifications, recommend technical solutions.
• Participate in pre and post tendering review, drive lessons learned initiatives for continual improvement.
• Mentoring Engineers, ensuring proficient in understanding site environment and design challenges.
